Are cookies transferred to third countries?

RIGHT OF ACCESS The user has the right to obtain from TRAK confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, as well as to access the personal data held by TRAK.
RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION The user has the right to request that TRAK rectify inaccurate data concerning them. They also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional statement.
RIGHT OF ERASURE/RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN The user shall have the right for TRAK to delete the personal data concerning them, always taking into account the requirements established in the applicable legislation.
RIGHT TO RESTRICTION The user shall have the right to request TRAK to restrict the processing of personal data, always taking into account the requirements established in the applicable legislation.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY The user shall have the right to receive from TRAK the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller when processing is based on consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECT The user has the right to object to TRAK processing personal data concerning them when such data are subject to processing based on public or legitimate interest. In such a case, TRAK will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise or defense of possible claims.
AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING The user shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, always taking into account the requirements established in the applicable legislation, if applicable.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the rights set out in this privacy policy are violated, or if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

The user or their representative, legal or voluntary, proving their identity, as well as the appropriate power of representation, may exercise the rights described above by sending a written communication to the email address dpo@trak.es.

 

Data Protection Officer

TRAK has appointed a Data Protection Officer through whom the user may raise complaints, claims and suggestions regarding the processing of their personal data.

Likewise, the user is informed that they may exercise their rights before the Data Protection Officer through the email address dpo@trak.es, following the instructions established in the previous section.

 

Changes to the cookies policy

This cookies policy may be updated at any time based on the needs of the website and future legislative changes regarding privacy, with TRAK reserving this right exclusively.

In the event that such modification is made, TRAK will inform the user of the changes in question if they are significant for their privacy, so that the changes introduced can be reviewed in order to assess the appropriate granting.
